The Offer Menu is a dynamic sales menu designed for retailers to conveniently place orders. Once retailers receive the offer menu link or click on an email campaign with links to the offer menu, they can instantly access it.
Customizing the offer menu before sending offers to retailers, enhances the ordering process.
The offer menu can be customized by;
- Adding an offer menu header image
- Adding product images
- Adding strain images
- Adding brand images
- Updating product names and descriptions
- Updating strain names and descriptions
- Updating offer menu section names
- Rearranging offer menu sections
- Hiding In stock and Limit columns
- Hiding products or categories
- Displaying the offer menu timer
Access the offer menu
- Go to the Offers menu in the Sales sidebar and click Offers.
- Click the search icon and type the name of the offer to customize that offer's live menu.
- Click the offer's Bamboo ID to go to that offer's detail page.
- Click Preview & Styling on the offer detail page to preview the offer menu.
Add an offer menu header image
- Click Browse Image while previewing the offer menu.
- Select an offer menu header image.
- Crop the image as needed and click Save.
- Click Save Styling to save the offer menu header image.
Add product images
Product images will only need to be added if products do not currently have images or if you would like different product images displayed on the Offer menu.
- Go to the offer's detail page.

Click on a product in the Categories & Products column, to access the Edit Product page for that specific product.
- Click Upload and select a product image to upload.
- Crop the image as needed and click Save to save the image edits.
- Click Save to save the product image.
Add strain images
Strain images will only need to be added if strains do not currently have images or if you would like different strain images displayed on the Offer menu.
- Go to the Trace application.
- Click Strains in the Trace sidebar.
- To quickly find the strain, click the Search icon and type the name of the strain.
- Click the strain's Bamboo ID to open the Edit Strain window.
- Click Upload and select the strain image to upload.
- Crop the image as needed and click Save to save the image edits.
- Click Save to save the strain image.
Add brand images
Brand images will only need to be added if brands do not currently have images or if you would like different brand images displayed on the Offer menu.
- Go to the Products menu in the Sales sidebar and click Brands.
- Click the Search icon and type the name of the brand.
- Click the brand's Bamboo ID to open the Edit Brand window.
- Click Upload and select the brand image to upload.
- Crop the image as needed and click Save to save the image edits.
- Click Save to save adding the brand image.
Update product names and descriptions
- Go to the offer's detail page.
- Click on a product in the Categories & Products column, to access the Edit Product page for that specific product.
- Uncheck the product's Use Root Value(s) box under the product's name.
- Type the product's name as it should be displayed on the offer menu.
- Uncheck the product's Use Root Value(s) box under the product's description.
- Type the product description as it should be displayed on the offer menu.
- Click Save.
Update strain names and descriptions
- Go to the Trace application.
- Click Strains in the Trace sidebar.
- To quickly find the strain, click the Search icon and type the name of the strain.
- Click the strain's Bamboo ID to open the Edit Strain window.
- Type the strain name and description as you would like them displayed on the offer menu.
- Click Save.
Update offer menu section names
- Go to the offer's detail page.
- Click on the offer's selected Inventory Allocation to go to the inventory allocation detail page.
- Click the pencil icon next to the inventory allocation section name to edit the name.
- Type the section name as it should appear on the offer menu.
- Click the checkmark icon to save the section name.
Rearrange offer menu sections
- Go to the offer's detail page.
- Drag and drop the offer sections to arrange them in the preferred order.
Hide the in-stock and limit columns
- Go to the offer's detail page.
- Click Hide in Stock Value in Offer Menu to hide the in-stock quantity column for all products on the offer menu.
- Click Hide Limit Value in Offer Menu to hide the limit quantity column for all products on the offer menu.
Hide products or categories
- Go to the offer's detail page.
- Uncheck the box for the product or category to hide in the Visibility column.
Display the offer menu timer
- Go to the offer's detail page.
- Click the timer's pencil icon.
- Select a timer setting in the Timer Setting section.
The timer will count down whenever there is inactivity and will reset whenever clients add products to their carts. If clients do not add any products to their cart within the timer period, the timer will expire and their carts will be cleared.
Selecting None will disable the timer for the offer.
Selecting Choose Time Period will add a preselected time period of 30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes.
Selecting Customize Time Period will give you the option of creating a custom time period for the offer.
- Click Confirm to save the Timer Setting.
