Active offers must be placed on hold to be edited or to unlock and edit their selected inventory allocations. When an active offer has been placed on hold, clients are unable to place orders for that offer until the offer becomes active again.
If clients try to place orders when an offer is on hold, they will receive a message that the Offer Menu is currently unavailable and to try again in a few minutes.
