Archiving an order removes it from the Orders page to the Archives page. Only Received or canceled orders can be archived. Archived Orders can be restored back to the Orders page.
Archive an order
- Go to the Orders menu in the Sales sidebar and click Orders.
- Click the Filter and select the filters to apply to find the received or canceled order.
- Click the Received or Canceled order's 3 dots icon and select Archive.
- Click Confirm to confirm archiving the order.
- The order will be moved from the Orders page to the Archives page.
Archive multiple orders
- Go to the Orders menu in the Sales sidebar and click Orders.
- Click the Filter and select the filters to apply to find the received or canceled order.
- Select the Received or Cancelled orders.
- Click Actions.
- Select Archive.
- Click Confirm to confirm archiving the orders.
- The selected orders will be moved from the Orders to the Archives page.
