Archive an Order

Archiving an order removes it from the Orders page to the Archives page. Only Received or canceled orders can be archived. Archived Orders can be restored back to the Orders page.

 

Archive an order

  1. Go to the Orders menu in the Sales sidebar and click Orders.
  2. Click the Filter icon and select the filters to apply to find the received or canceled order.
  3. Click the Received or Canceled order's 3 dot menu and select Archive.                              Screenshot_2023-03-15_at_3.28.43_PM.png
  4. Click Confirm to confirm archiving the order.
    • The order will move from the Orders page to the Archives page.

 

Archive multiple orders

  1. Go to the Orders menu in the Sales sidebar and click Orders.
  2. Click the Filter icon and select the filters to apply to find the received or canceled order.
  3. Select the Received or Cancelled orders in the Bamboo ID column.multi_orders.png
  4. Click Actions and select Archive.filter_orders.png
  5. Click Confirm to confirm archiving the orders.
    • The selected orders will move from the Orders to the Archives page.
