The Opportunities Report provides information about your opportunities such as the products, brands, and categories ordered and not ordered, and helps to identify and develop missed sales opportunities.
Generate an opportunities report

- Go to the Reports menu from the Sales sidebar and click Opportunities.
- Click the Start Date field and select a report period.
To add an additional reporting period to compare sales performance between two different periods, click the + icon next to the calendar icon and select the additional reporting period.
- To apply filters to the report, click the More Filters drop-down and select the report filters.
- To clear the report's filters, click Remove.
- To clear the report's filters, click Remove.
- Click Load Report to generate the report.
- The report will load with the Products Ordered tab displayed. The Products Ordered tab contains an overview of products that were ordered during the selected report period and includes Total Units, Total Brands, Average Order Value, and Average Order Size. It also includes the Top 5 Ordered Products, the Most Frequently Ordered Products, the Top 5 Least Ordered Products, the Top 5 Brands, and a list of every client that placed orders during the selected period; with the total revenue generated per client, total units per client and clients last order date.
- The report will load with the Products Ordered tab displayed. The Products Ordered tab contains an overview of products that were ordered during the selected report period and includes Total Units, Total Brands, Average Order Value, and Average Order Size. - To export the products ordered details to Excel, click on a client in the Client Name field, then click Export Excel.

- To view products not ordered information for the selected period, click the Products Not Ordered tab.
- The Products Not Ordered tab contains an overview of products that were not ordered during the selected period and includes the Total Products Not Ordered, the Total Brands not Ordered, the Total Categories Not Ordered, and the Total Clients that did not place orders. It also includes the Top 10 Unordered Products By All Clients and a list of clients that did not place orders during the selected period.

- Click the Opportunities tab to view opportunities for the selected period. The Opportunities tab includes an overview of sales opportunities based on products never ordered by clients.
