Delete a Brand

When deleting a brand with products and associated templates, all of the brand's products and associated templates will need to be reassigned to a new brand or you will be unable to complete deleting the brand.

 

Delete a brand with no associated products or templates

  1. Go to the Products menu from the Sales sidebar and click Brands.
    • You will be taken to the Brands page.
  2. Click the search icon and type the name of the brand to delete.
  3. Click the brand's 3 dot menu and select Delete.                                                                                   ellipsis.png   delete.png  
  4. Click Confirm, to confirm the deletion.                                          confirm.png

 

Delete a brand with associated products or templates

  1. Go to the Products menu from the Sales sidebar and click Brands.
    • You will be taken to the Brands page.
  2. Click the search icon and type the name of the brand to delete.
  3. Click the brand's 3 dot menu and select Delete.                                                                                   ellipsis.png    delete.png     
  4. Click the Choose New Brand To Reassign Products drop-down.

    The new brand must be active and from the same organization as the brand that is being deleted.

  5. Select a new brand for the existing brand's products and templates.                                             new_brand.png
  6. Click Confirm to confirm moving the products and templates to the selected brand and deleting the brand.
