Create Gmail Filter for Orders Based on Store Name

Creating filters for orders based on store names is an efficient way of managing your order emails by saving you time spent manually sorting emails.

To create a Gmail filter for orders based on store name

1. Click the Gear icon on the top right of your Gmail screen.                                                               
2. Click See all Settings.                                                                                                                             
3. Click Filters and Blocked Addresses.                                                                                               
4. Click Create New Filter.
   • This opens the Create New Filter pop-up window.                                                                       
5. Type email@getbamboo.com in the From field.                                                                             
6. Type Order in the Subject field.                                                                                                           
7. Type the store name in the Has the Words field.                                                                               
8. Click Create Filter.
   • This opens the pop-up window to specify the actions you want the filter to take when a message matches your search criteria.                   
9. Check the Apply the Label box, select Choose label and select the label you want to apply.       
10. Check the Never send it to Spam box.                                                                                                 
11. Check the Also apply filter to matching messages box.                                                                 
12. Click Create Filter.
