Mass Update Products Selling Status

Products have two different selling statuses, Sellable and Non-Sellable.  Marking products as Non-Sellable means the products cannot be sold and cannot be added to any inventory allocations.  Marking products as Sellable means the products can be added to inventory allocations and can be sold. The selling status of multiple template and non-template products can be mass-updated by marking them as Sellable or Non-Sellable.  

Products' selling status can be updated on a product level from the Products page or on a brand level from the Brands page.  

Mass update products' selling status

1. Go to the Products menu in the Sales sidebar and click Products.
2. Click Filter and select the applicable filters to apply to quickly find the products to mass-update.

   If no filters are selected, all products will be displayed on the Products page. It is important that a selling status is selected in the filters Sellable field to display all products with the selling status to be updated.

   
3. Select the products to mass-update.

   select the Bamboo ID box to select all products after filters have been applied. 

   
4. Click Actions.
5. Select Modify To Sellable/Non-Sellable.             
   • The Modify To Sellable/Non-sellable pop-up window will open.                                                             
6. Select Sellable or Non-Sellable.                                                  
7. Click Confirm to update the selling status of the selected products.

   All Non-Sellable products will display the Non-Sellable icon.

Mass update the selling status of all of a brand's products

1. Go to the Products menu in the Sales sidebar and click Brands.
2. Click the Search icon and type the name of the brand.
3. Click the brand's 3 dots icon and select Set Products To sellable or Set Products to Non-Sellable.
4. Click Confirm to update the selling status of the products from the selected brand.

   All Non-Sellable products will display the Non-Sellable icon.
